This dress I made was from a material called cork. Cork is made from the bark of a cork tree. It's not only used for making stoppers for bottles, but it can also be used to create fashionable clothes!
I fell in love with fashion when I was young. Instead of buying clothes for my dolls, I would use scraps of fabric from my grandma's garments that she sewed for her clients. I loved being creative and making unique dresses for my dolls!
Throughout my education, we were actively encouraged to transform recycled materials into unique works of art. This experience fuelled my passion for becoming an eco-friendly artist, dedicated to promoting sustainability through my artwork.
